SMS Terms & Conditions

The terms of the Future Guard Life text messaging program — what we send, how often, what it costs, and how to stop it.

Effective September 25, 2026Last updated September 25, 2026Program Future Guard Life Alerts

01About the program

Future Guard Life Alerts is a text messaging program operated by Future Guard Life, an independent life insurance agency run by Juan Ayala, a licensed insurance producer, National Producer Number 22334690.

If you opt in, we may text you about:

These are conversational and customer-care messages from a real licensed agent. We do not send bulk promotional blasts, and we do not text you on behalf of anyone else.

  • Confirming or rescheduling the callback you requested
  • Quotes, coverage options and carrier information you asked about
  • Documents or information we need to complete your application
  • Status updates while your application is in underwriting
  • Service messages about coverage you already hold with us

02How you opt in

You join by checking the consent box on our quote request form at futureguardlife.com/contact and submitting the form, or by texting us first at the number below.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can get quotes and buy coverage through us without agreeing to receive texts. We keep a record of when and where you gave consent.

03Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically fewer than 10 messages per month. The number depends on where you are in the process — you will usually hear from us more while an application is in underwriting and rarely once a policy is in force.

04Cost

We do not charge you for these messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier if you are unsure what your plan covers.

05Getting help

Reply HELP to any message from us and you will receive our contact information and a reminder of how to opt out.

You can also reach a person directly at (860) 790-5433 or mail@futureguardlife.com.

06Opting out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to end the program. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts from us at that number.

STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT are all honored. If you want to rejoin later, opt in again through the form or by texting us.

Opting out of texts does not stop phone calls or email. If you want those stopped as well, tell us and we will add you to our internal do-not-contact list.

07Carriers and delivery

The program is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS and Google Voice, along with many smaller carriers. Carrier support can change without notice.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and message delivery depends on your carrier, device and signal. Do not rely on a text message for anything time-critical — call us instead.

08Who can participate

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder's permission to enroll it.
  • The number must be a U.S. mobile number capable of receiving SMS.
  • Do not enroll a number that is not yours. If you give us a number you are not authorized to use, tell us immediately so we can remove it.

09Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All other information sharing described in our Privacy Policy specifically excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is never shared with any third party.

How we handle everything else you give us is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our practices or carrier requirements change. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to participate after we post a change means you accept the updated terms.

Future Guard Life is an independent insurance agency and is not a government agency, an insurance carrier, or affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or the Social Security Administration. Nothing sent through this messaging program is an offer of coverage or a contract. Coverage begins only when a policy is issued by the carrier and the required premium is paid.
